Does not operate electric window. Unit display blank even with fresh batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Velux window remote control arrived safely from Bognor Regis and on testing was found to have a blank screen.  This meant that it was impossible to navigate the menu.

A replacement screen was fitted which restored full functionality (see image)
