Customer's Fault Description
The remote was working intermittently for a while and after opening it up we noticed one of the batteries had leaked we tried to clean the contact but they were very brittle and one snapped. Not sure if there’s more of a problem or wether it was just that but thought we would rather get someone who knows what they’re doing
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Dometic Van electric skylight remote control arrived safely form Bradford and on inspection was missing one of the terminals.
The terminal was replaced which restored full functionality.
