Customer's Fault Description
intermittent fault, red light illuminates but does not open/close the garage door. The battery has been replaced and remote is still not working. Battery removed for postage.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage door remote arrived safely from Ashington and on testing was found to have a sluggish button response that would required a heavy push to activate.
The button was replaced which restored full functionality.
