Customer's Fault Description
Remote control will not power up, new batteries have been fitted still will not work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to power up.
When opened unfortunately there is an smd IC that has burnt up beyond recognition (see image), this has rendered a repair not possible.
This remote was disposed of as per the customers email request 14th May 2023
