Customer's Fault Description
Rattle sound inside the unit.
Intermittent operation. Lights come on and off.
Had a battery leakage and so terminals are damaged and need replacing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma Caravan motor mover remote control arrived safely from Benfleet and on inspection was confirmed to rattle and also the terminals were badly corroded.
The remote was opened and thre was some solder flying around inside the controller, this is from the previous repair attempt carried out prior to arrival with us.
The bad terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
