Faber Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Faber

Customers Fault Description : Will not light fire or turn it off. Battery change makes no difference

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Mertik Maxitrol GBR-H4T2-Z2 remote control arrived safely from Martock and on testing was found to have a faulty battery indicator and weak signal.

This was due to a faulty regulator, a replacement regulator and battery cable was replaced. Full functionality was restored.
