Customer's Fault Description
The remote does not connect with the control box. I have changed the batteries several times. The battery connection appears to be loose.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Vibradorm remote control for an adjustable bed arrived safely form Geddington and on testing was found to have intermittent power.
There was tac stuffed under the terminals, the issue was not due to the terminals. The oscillator was dry jointed which was causing the fault. A replacement oscillator was fitted which restored full functionality. The tac was removed.
