Customer's Fault Description
The motor mover remote is constantly transmitting forwards, the forward button, and all left side functions appear to be none responsive. Pressing the reverse button stops the motor mover but doesn't reverse the caravan. As soon as the battery is connected to the remote it can be seen that it is constantly transmitting without the buttons being pressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Powrtouch Caravan Motor Mover remote control arrived safely from Barnsley and on testing was confirmed to be transmitting without a button being pressed.
This was found to be due to contamination within the layers of the button array. The array was split apart and cleared of contaminants which restored full functionality.
