Velux Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Not all the buttons work. Can you please repair

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Velux remote arrived safely from Oldham and on testing was confirmed to have various non functioning buttons.

On opening this was found to be due to corrosion spots in the button array (see image).  The array was reworked which restored full functionality,
