Customer's Fault Description
Both not working, have fitted new batteries to both fobs.
Door opens and closes Ok on manual control unit.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two Roller Garage Door Openers arrived safely and on testing both were found to be transmitting at the required 433Mhz as per normal operation.
The customer is to ensure that each remote is fitted with two CR2016 batteries in each remote. It is important to note that Duracell batteries are not to be used as these have been known to not work properly in these remotes, we recommend the likes of Eveready.
If each remote is fitted with the correct batteries and the items still not work then they may need pairing with the receiver or the receiver may be at fault.
These items have been classed as no fault found.
