The remote no longer controls the fire. In fact, the whole thing is completely dead.

This LPG Fireplace remote arrived safely from Peterborough and on testing was found to be functioning as normal.

The customer is to try to "pair" the remote with the receiver after replacing all batteries and hopefully it will be a pairing issue.
