Customers Fault Description : Batteries keep moving, remote control battery holder missing

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Infinity remote control arrive safely from Worcestershire and on inspection was confirmed to be missing its battery cover and have misaligned terminals.

The battery cover cannot be replaced as spares are not available.

The controller was opened and the terminals repaired to stop them from moving.
