Customer's Fault Description
The on off buttons and heat buttons are not working, however the main on off button is working as well as the light button
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Electric fire remote control arrived safely from Paisley and on inspectio nwas found to be missing its battery cover, this cannot be replaced as spares are not avaialble.
On testing some buttons were confirmed to be non responsive.
All buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
