Customer's Fault Description
All buttons seem to be responding (light goes out when pressed)but sending signal without pressing any and light on all the time ( usually only lights up when button pressed)
Spa is receiving a signal (flashing) when remote
Near even if no button pressed, but not starting.
Remote has been repaired once before 2019
Worked fine after but problem now may be due to slight battery leak ?
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Spa bath (wellness) remote control arrived safely from Lymington and on testing was found to be transmitting without any button being pressed.
This was found to be due to water ingress shorting out one of the button contacts. The contacts were cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
