No Lights on, and no response from Extractor
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Caple extractor fan remote control arrived safely from Hillingdon and on testing was foudn ot be transmitting on each button as per normal on each button press (see image)

This item has been classed as no fault found. A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possibility of the customers battery being at fault.  Failing that the remote may need pairing with the fan or it could be the fan / receiver itself at fault.
