Motocaddy S7 Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Motocaddy

Model : S7

Customers Fault Description : Something seemed to come loose inside. It developed a rattle but still worked. Then it appeared not to charge properly and would stop working after about 15 minutes.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote controller for a golf trolley arrived safely from Penn and on testing the battery was holding its charge but was low.

After talking to the customer it was decided to replace the battery but it was also revealed that the customers charger / cable may be at fault as it was stated that the blue charge light was not illuminating for the customer.

A replacement Micro USB cable will also be supplied.
