Customers Fault Description : Leg Riser Buttton

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Recliner chair remote arrived safely from Stroud and on inspection was found to be partially dismantled prior to arrival with us with the silicon edging being totally detached form the remote.

The button contacts were found to be worn, replacement conductive pads were glued into place under each of the main buttons.
