Ultrassage Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Upper section down button not responding.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Ultrassage remote control arrived safely from Cardiff and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover (this cannot be replaced)

When tested one of the buttons was found to be faulty, this button was replaced which restored full functionality.
