Initially doesn’t work tap it, it usually works ok. Have to depress buttons hard to make them work I have fitted a new battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Powrwheel caravan mover hand control arrived safely from Eastleigh and on testing was found to have bad button response.

This was due to worn button caps.  Replacement caps were fitted under all buttons which restored full functionality
