The red on/off button doesn't work.All the other buttons operate normally.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Electric fire remote control arrived safely from Hambleton and on testing was foudn to have various non functioning / sluggish buttons.

This was due to worn button contacts.  Replacement conductive pads were glued under all buttons which restored full functionality.
