Mover S M1
Customer's Fault Description
As per our telephone conversation, the remote does work but the AAA battery terminals are mashed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma caravan motor mover remote controller arrived safely from Dorset and on inspection was confirmed to have badly mangled battery terminals.
All terminals were replaced. Please note it is important to "pivot" the batteries into position from the negative sprint terminals otherwise the replacement terminals will get damaged. This is due to the extremely tight fit of these remotes battery compartments.
