Customer's Fault Description
3 buttons are working, the 4th. button, which reduces the flame from full power to half power is not working. this is the bottom right hand button. I would like this repaired and the rest of the control checked over to ensure it is all in good working order.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This SIT gas fire remote controller arrived safely from Glasgow and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.
All 4 buttons and the battery cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
