Customer's Fault Description
When the levellers are used and the system turns of I've noticed the handset green light flashes every 10 seconds and flattens the battery in the handset
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Hand set for leveller system arrived safely and on testing was found to randomly illuminate without a button being pressed.
The facia was peeled back and a resistance was found to be present acros the traces, this was pinpointed to where the traces cross (this is supposed to be insulated form each other but the insulation has broken down)
The only way to rectify this issue is to replace the button facia which sadly is not available as a spare which makes a repair not possible.
