Customer's Fault Description
The footrest button (first button on second row) is not responding unless I press it with all my strength. In addition, could you please tidy up glued cover round the remote keys. Did speak to Martin about it on he phone he stated you would try. Thank you so much.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Dual Motor Recliner Remote TH27-2039-003 (8 PIN) remote control arrived safely from Hull and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts for the bottom 2 buttons.
Replacement conductive pads were glued into place under the buttons.
The white plastic facia has a few small bumps in it, unfortunately we do not have a spare facia to fit and the act of removing the facia would most likely create more visual defect, this does not effect functionality of the remote.
