Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
THis Electric fire remote controller arrived safely from West Malling and on testing was ofund to be dead. When the battery was removed the safety sticker was foudn to still be present (see image). The sticker was removed and when re-tested the remote sprang to life as normal
There is no charge for this except the return shipping charges.
