Customer's Fault Description
two buttons on the remote on the Fan fan speed/side are not working. the OFF button at the bottom right and the button marked LOW just above the OFF button. I will remove the batteries prior to posting, but when the batteries are in, when I press the LOW button OR the OFF button, the red indicator light at the top middle of the remote does not light up. When I press the other buttons the light comes on, to confirm that it has power & it has power and is ready to work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Ceiling Fan remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have 2 non responsive buttons.
This was due to corrosion in the print caused by a battery leak. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
