Customer's Fault Description
Long cable required plus intermittent issue
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely from Dorset and on inspection was initially found not to present a fault.  After talking to the customer it was found that the issue was with the oscillator.  This was replaced.

The customer also requested a longer cable, we don't have a longer cable available so instead the original cable was extended using a spliced cable.
