Customer's Fault Description
The remote control will not communicate with the control box. I have tried resetting with no luck. The control box flashes looking for a signal but cannot find one. I left the batteries in the control over winter so that might be the problem. I have tried new batteries but still doesn't work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma Motor mover remote control arrived safely from Eccles-on-Sea and on testing was found to be transmitting a strong 433Mhz signal as per normal operation (see image). The remote was then tested randomly over a 2 day period with no fault being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
