Customer's Fault Description
The buttons all light up but it is not connecting to the garage door. It worked on the way out but stopped working on the way back in. No damage had occurred so used the spare remote which was working. I swapped the batteries round to see if it was something to do with power but it still didn't respond.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Garage door remote controller arrived safely from Bury and on testing was found to be transmitting at 868Mhz on each button press as per normal functionality.
The Signal strength was strong and consistent.
This item has been deemed as no fault found. It may be that the remote needs "pairing" with its receiver again, alternatively it may have been a battery issue. A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possibility of it bein a battery fault.
