Customer's Fault Description
The outer casing for the cable has perished/ broken in two places. The remote is working and the internal wires are fine. Assume it needs a new cable. As discussed by phone, a straight cable will suffice.

This remote control for duel motor rise and recline chair arrived safely from Edinburgh with its extension cable and the cable and extension were found to be damaged.
