Led's stopped working i have changed the battery but no LED's working i am sending both batteries with the remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Somfy Electric Awning remote control arrived safely from Coventry and on testing was found to be dead. (no batteries were included with the remote)

This was due to one of the buttons being low in resistance.  All 4 of the main buttons were replaced which restored full functionality (see testing video)
