Honeywell CM 921 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Intermitrant fault. Buttons need to be presses hard several times for ir to change temprature or time

This Central heating, Wireless controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish button response. This was due to worn contacts (see image). The contacts were cleaned and reworked which restored full functionality.
