Customers Fault Description : The unit is dead and won't switch on
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor mover remote control arrived safely from Workington and on testing was confoirmed to not respond to its double power button press.
This was due to a faulty button, a replacement power button was fitted which when re-tested the remote would then power on each time the power button was double pressed.
