EMOVE EM203 Remote Repair Details

Model : EM203

Customers Fault Description : No power. Replaced battery- still nothing. I did take it to a local pc repair shop. They checked it out and tried a few things but to no avail.Thank you.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Caravan motor mover remote control arrived safely from Ebbw Vale and on inspection the facia had its corners bent back due to someone trying to open the item prior to arrival with us.

On testing the remote was confirmed to be dead.

This was due to a faulty battery cable.  Once a replacement cable was fitted, full functionality was restored.
