Customers Fault Description : Intermittent fault, feels like broken wire near entry point. Wiggling the wire where it goes in makes it work.

This recliner chair remote arrived safely from Blackburn and on inspection was found to have a break internally at the remote entry point of the cable.
The cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the break.
