Customers Fault Description : Hand set won't make the rollers turn

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Caravan mover hand set arrived safely from Newcastle and on testing was confirmed to not respond from its double power button press.

This was due to a corrosion spot in the print caused by contamination.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
