Customer's Fault Description
The electrical wire is unravelling in the coil and no longer worked.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Chair controller arrived safely from Sutton Coldfield and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable and the bottom 2 buttons had worn contacts.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind), then replacement conductive pads were glued under the bottom 2 buttons.
