Customer's Fault Description
The four buttons on The front of the remote it is the one with four marks on the front in the top left hand corner is the one that operates the shutters.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Zapp remote control arrived safely from Ferndale and on inspection was missing its LED, also the button response was sporadic.

A replacement LED was fitted and then the button contacts cleaned, this restored full functionality.
