Customer's Fault Description
Button have stopped working. I’ve check wires and all seem fine, I’ve also cleaned the buttons inside but still don’t work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Chair remote (TH27-3039-009) arrived safely from Middlesbrough and on inspection was found to be missing its plastic facia (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available)

The button contacts were worn and also one of the LEDs was found to be intermittent.  Replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons and the LED replaced.
