Customer's Fault Description
The end of the battery case broke. I have tried to glue it and put a tape around but it didn’t help. If I press with my hands then the green light come on but I couldn’t get it to work with the glue and tape around.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Fakro remote controller arrived safely from Hernhill and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged battery block. 

A replacement battery block was fitted which restored full functionality.
