Customer's Fault Description
Volume up + button is no longer working & other buttons are starting to fault or take more pressure to work.
Please could you repair the remote and possibly draw/paint on button banners
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This soundbar remote arrived safely from Southend On Sea and on testing was confirmed to have various non functioning buttons.
On opening this was due to contamination over the button pads and PCB. Both were cleared of all contaminants and then button caps fitted under the circular nav array. Full functionality was restored to all buttons (see testing video)
The icons on the buttons were rubbed off due to use over the years, we do not repair cosmetic damage as parts are not available we only repair functionality.
