It's possible that some water got into the remote.. now it's not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control for a boat gangway arrived safely from Bolton and on testing was found to be transmitting without any button being pressed.
On peeling back the facia there was contamination form water ingress over the button array (see image)
Once cleared of all contaminants full functionality was restored.
It was requested to try to create a clone of the top 4 buttons, unfortunately when testing the codeset it was found that this item is what's known as "rolling code" making a repair not possible.
