Customer's Fault Description
the remote control works over all function.
but there are 2 problems:
1. the Led Light doesn´t work
2. the batteries (2x3V CR2032) are in less hours empty. new batteries are in 3-4 hours empty and the Gangway begins uncoordinated to work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Ganway remote control arrived safely form Austria and on testing was foudn to transmit without a button being pressed.
This was due to contamination within the button array, the array was reworked and full functionality was restored.
