Customer's Fault Description
Battery contacts corroded and some have broken off due to leaking batteries. I can get the unit to work by carefully bending the battery contacts, but this is not reliable. The spring contacts need to be replaced.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma Mover S remote controller arrived safely from Bookham and on inspection was found to have badly corroded battery terminals from a battery leak.
All terminals were replaced and full functionality was restored.
