Customer's Fault Description
Unknown faults in three remotes. Batteries have been changed and still doesn't open or close the windows.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These three Window actuator remotes arrived safely and on testing remotes number 1 and 3 were dead, this was found to be due to corroded terminals. The terminals were etched clean and then re-plated which restored full functionality.
The remote labeled number 2 was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press. It is possible that the remote requires pairing with the relevant window again, this cannot be done by us as it needs to be with the receiver. This remote was classed as no fault found.
