Customer's Fault Description
The controller will not make the chair work. We have used the controller on another chair and it works so we think the wiring has gone on controller.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Chair controller arrived safely from Crowan and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable and the bottom 2 buttons had worn contacts.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and then replacement conductive pads were glued into place.
