Customer's Fault Description
Our remote for our caravan motor mover isn't working. The battery on the caravan is fully charged (we know its working because the caravan alarm is working) the battery inside the remote is brand new. When using the motor mover it sometimes works but then will stop working after a few moments
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Motor Mover remote controller arrive safely from Kidderminster and on testing was found to not respond to its double power button press.
The battery able had signs of damage and when opened the red LED was found to have shattered.
The LED and battery cable which then restored full functionality.
