Customer's Fault Description
Earth cable has come off needs resoldering, and another problem causing light to stay on and makes it unusable
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Bale wrapper remote control arrived safely from Neath and on testing was dead.
The battery cable was replaced and then it was found that the button facia was short circuit making the remote transmit without a button being pressed.
The facia traces were reworked which restored full functionality.
