Customers Fault Description : OK button for sure not working maybe more than just the one?

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This TV remote controller arrived safely from Shepton Mallet and on testing was found to have various non functioning buttons.

This was found to be due to the main IC breaking away from the PCB.  The IC was resoldered firmly back into position which restored full functionality.
