Extractor works on manual but remote doesn’t work on any buttons

This Gutmann Kitchen Extractor system remote control arrived safely from Edinburgh and on testing as found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.

The code being transmitted was tested with our stock code database and all was found to be correct.  It is possible that the issue is with the receiver part of the extractor.

This remote has been classed as no fault found.
